Job summary

Wood is recruiting an experienced Senior PMC Engineer or A (Maintenance Operations & Readiness) for our ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. The role is based full time at our client office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The position requires leadership in maintenance readiness, offshore experience, and strong knowledge of asset integrity, reliability engineering, and CMMS/RCM practices. You will coordinate with EPC contractors, operations, and vendors to deliver safe, dependable facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
15+ years in oil & gas maintenance.
Minimum 5 years in offshore operations.
Strong knowledge of offshore facilities and asset management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Maintenance Readiness Plans for new offshore facilities and brownfield projects.
Review engineering deliverables to ensure maintainability, operability, and reliability.
Establish preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Develop maintenance philosophies, procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Populate SAP PM/CMMS with equipment hierarchy, functional locations, and maintenance data.
Lead RCFA for major equipment failures and monitor maintenance KPIs.
