Job summary

Veson Nautical in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager-Consultant to lead cross-functional teams delivering client software implementations. You will ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery while communicating with all stakeholders.

You will act as solution architect, gather business requirements, manage risks, and maintain comprehensive project documentation across multiple projects in the maritime and commodity trading domain.

Qualifications

4+ years PM experience on enterprise software implementations.
Travel up to 80%, site-based in Abu Dhabi ~70%.
Formal PM qualification (Prince2 or PMP or equivalent).
Fluent English and Arabic.
Degree in IT/CS/Economics/Finance/Business or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver end-to-end software implementations.
Manage scope, schedule, budget and risk across projects.
Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and clients.
Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
Act as solution architect and align Veson products to client needs.
Create and maintain project documentation.
Track milestones and measure performance using project systems.
Provide regular updates to management on status and plans.
