Job summary

Tabby, UAE fintech, is hiring a Senior Product Manager, B2B Lifecycle to own the merchant journey end to end—from onboarding to cross-product adoption, retention, and recovery. You’ll build a connected journey across BNPL, ads, business accounts and other services.

Work with Design and Engineering on shared foundations, define platform adoption, and align Sales, Onboarding, Risk, Compliance, Support and Data around a unified roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B, SaaS, marketplaces or merchant-facing products.
• Experience building platform products used by internal teams, with adoption as a key measure of success.
• Proven ability to deliver across multiple teams and domains without direct authority.
• A systems mindset and the ability to identify shared models, states, permissions and lifecycle stages across different products.
• Strong product craft in operationally complex journeys such as onboarding, KYB, self-service or admin tooling.
• Confidence using data and funnels to define metrics, identify friction and prioritize opportunities.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management, including the ability to set clear boundaries and make trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end merchant lifecycle: onboarding, activation, time to first value, product adoption, retention and recovery.
• Create one connected journey across BNPL, ads, business account and other business services.
• Build shared merchant-facing capabilities such as dashboards, self-serve flows, permissions, notifications and lifecycle communications.
• Define how product teams adopt the platform, including its capabilities, boundaries and migration paths.
• Partner with Design and Engineering on shared B2B foundations, including design-system coverage, front-end conventions and operational tooling.
• Build the cross-sell engine, helping the right merchant segments discover and activate the right products.
• Align vertical product teams, Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Risk, Compliance, Support and Data around one prioritized roadmap.
• Own lifecycle metrics including time to first value, activation, products per merchant, cross-sell attach rate, self-serve onboarding, retention and net revenue retention.
