Job summary

Ansen Technology in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Product Manager for Applied AI & eGRC to own the product roadmap for the Forward Deployed Engineering pod. You will work with users, engineers, and stakeholders to turn complex problems into secure, production-ready products.

The role requires technical fluency across AI workflows, data, and deployment constraints, and you will lead from discovery through rollout and adoption in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with technical, enterprise, data, AI, or applied software product experience.
• Fluent with AI-enabled applications, data workflows, APIs, and production deployment constraints.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into product requirements and release plans.
• Hands-on prototyping using Python, SQL, notebooks, and Figma.
• Balance user value with security, reliability, and adoption considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the FDE pod product roadmap with pilots and reusable capabilities.
• Clarify workflows, data sources, risks, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Translate ambiguous needs into requirements, workflows, and release plans.
• Shape AI-enabled workflows: LLMs, RAG, agents, extraction, summarization, decision support.
• Define quality measures, evaluation criteria, feedback loops, model trade-offs, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Use Python, SQL, notebooks, and Figma to explore ideas and communicate concepts.
• Partner with FDEs on rollout planning, readiness, and user adoption.
• Incorporate security, privacy, on-premises deployment and constrained networks into decisions.
• Gather field feedback and convert needs into reusable features.
