Job summary

EDGE is a leading UAE-based tech group, shaping the future of defence and advanced technologies. The role focuses on production support and upgrades for Aras Innovator, with emphasis on PLM integrations, CAD connectors, and SDLC governance.

You will work across engineering, IT, and operations to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in PLM support, strong Aras experience, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of PLM software support experience.
• 3+ years on Aras Innovator production support, upgrade or L2/L3 support.
• Knowledge of CMDB, PLM, PDM configurations and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 PLM support for Aras Innovator and related tools.
• Analyze issues involving AML, C#, JavaScript, SQL and server/client methods.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for deployments and upgrades.
• Maintain SDLC best practices and production uptime metrics.
• Handle license updates and vault management.
• Support Aras upgrades (Release 35 or later).
