Job summary

EDGE is seeking an experienced PLM support professional to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will provide L2/L3 support for Aras Innovator, manage upgrades, and coordinate across CM, IT, and vendor teams to ensure robust PLM operations.

You will work on installations, server maintenance, and post‑deployment validation while upholding SDLC best practices and contributing to ongoing production uptime and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• +8 years of experience in PLM software support.
• Minimum 3 years experience on Aras Innovator production support, upgrade support or L2/L3 support activities.
• Knowledge of configuration management principles, processes, and tools (e.g., CMDB, PLM, PDM).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle L2 and L3 support tickets assigned by the PLM Manager.
• Analyze technical issues involving AML, IOM, C#, JavaScript, SQL, server/client methods and application logs.
• Provide workaround, RCA and permanent fix for assigned production incidents.
• Support package deployment, smoke testing and post-deployment validation.
• Support upgrade-related analysis and validation for Aras Innovator Release 35 or later.
• Coordinate with business, CM, PLM, infra, DBA, vendor and integration teams.
• Installations of Aras and components on servers. Server maintenance and server upset resolutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• +8 years of experience in PLM software support
• Minimum 3 years experience on Aras Innovator production support, upgrade support or L2/L3 support activities.
