Job summary

Health7Careers is seeking a Consultant/Specialist Plastic Surgeon to join a premier multispecialty hospital and premium aesthetic center in Dubai. The role focuses on both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, supported by advanced surgical technologies and an international patient base.

The successful candidate will evaluate, plan, and execute aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries, ensuring functional and cosmetic excellence while adhering to UAE regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Specialist-level plastic surgery credentials with DHA/DOH licensing eligibility.
• Experience in both cosmetic (aesthetic) and reconstructive procedures is required.
• Ability to work in a high-demand international patient setting and oversee surgical care.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic (cosmetic) procedures such as rhinoplasty, facelift, liposuction, abdominoplasty, and breast surgeries.
• Conduct reconstructive surgeries for trauma, congenital defects, and post-oncologic conditions.
• Develop personalised surgical treatment plans based on clinical assessment and aesthetic goals.
• Utilise advanced techniques including minimally invasive and laser-assisted procedures.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, oncologists, maxillofacial surgeons and other specialists.
• Maintain infection control protocols and surgical safety standards.
• Document clinical findings accurately in patient records and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement, and continuing medical education.
