Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is helping a reputed private healthcare group in Dubai recruit a Consultant/ Specialist Plastic Surgeon with UK CCT to join the expanding team. The role covers plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery with emphasis on patient safety and clinical excellence.

The successful candidate will work in a DHA-licensed facility, provide high-quality care, develop treatment plans, and lead multidisciplinary collaboration with anesthesiology, dermatology and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with UK CCT in Plastic Surgery.
• Eligible for DHA consultant/specialist licensing.
• Post-CCT clinical experience in plastic surgery, aesthetic or reconstructive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and pre-operative evaluations.
• Perform a broad range of plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeries.
• Develop individualized surgical plans based on patient needs.
• Post-operative management and follow-up of patients.
• Manage complex cases and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records per UAE standards.
• Provide informed counselling on procedures, risks, benefits and recovery.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, dermatologists, nurses and other staff.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement, and department meetings.
• Ensure DHA regulations and hospital policies are followed.
• Contribute to development of aesthetic and reconstructive services.
