Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• PMP or PSP certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of planning and project control experience.
• At least 3 years in the UAE and 2 years in a UAE-based consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze baselines, monitoring, recovery and revised programs.
• Prepare and develop the master schedule for design/construction phases.
• Monitor site progress and validate against approved programmes.
• Attend meetings and provide input on scheduling matters.
• Evaluate EOT claims and provide technical recommendations.
• Identify critical paths and highlight risks to milestones.
• Prepare weekly/monthly client reports and coordinate with cost engineers.
• Support senior project management in contractual/time-related supervision.
• Ensure alignment of deliverables with scope, specs and contracts.
