Job summary

KBR is seeking a Lead Planning Engineer – Site for a PMC project in Abu Dhabi with NGL/Gas processing experience. The role reports to the Project Control Manager and covers planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, forecasting and schedule risk analysis across EPC phases.

The candidate will lead planning teams, review contractor baselines, perform critical path analysis, monitor milestones, and prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards. ADNOC PMC experience and PMP are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 18 years in Planning, Scheduling, and Project Controls in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical.
• Minimum 5 years as Lead Planning Engineer on mega Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects (>$4B).
• ADNOC PMC experience preferred.
• PMP certification mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMC planning, scheduling and schedule-control activities.
• Review EPC baseline and updated schedules across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning.
• Perform critical/near-critical path, float, variance and schedule trend analysis.
• Monitor milestones and provide independent completion forecasts.
• Review recovery, mitigation and acceleration schedules for achievability.
• Lead Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and assess milestones’ confidence.
• Coordinate PMC Planning and Project Controls teams on major EPC projects.
