KBR, Inc. is seeking a Lead Planning Engineer - Site to drive planning, scheduling and control for a PMC project in Abu Dhabi, with NGL/Gas processing experience. You will oversee EPC contractor schedules, monitor milestones and provide forecasts to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 18+ years in planning and Project Controls in Oil & Gas, PMP certification, and proven leadership of PM/CPlanning teams on mega projects. Based in Abu Dhabi with a focus on core EPC coordination.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• 18+ years of planning, scheduling and project controls in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical.
• 5+ years as Lead Planning Engineer on mega Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects valued at more than USD 4 billion.
• Minimum GCC experience preferred; ADNOC PMC experience mandatory.
• PMP certification is mandatory; proven leadership of PM/CPlanning & Project Controls teams on major EPC projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMC planning, scheduling and schedule-control activities.
• Review EPC Contractor baseline and updated schedules covering Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning.
• Perform critical/near-critical path, float, variance and schedule trend analysis.
• Monitor contractual milestones and provide independent completion forecasts.
• Review recovery, mitigation and acceleration schedules and assess their achievability.
• Lead/review Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and assess confidence levels for key milestones.
• Monitor engineering deliverables, long-lead procurement, vendor manufacturing, construction and commissioning schedules.
• Support schedule-related delay, Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and EOT assessments.
• Prepare weekly/monthly schedule reports, dashboards, milestone trackers and management presentations.
• Lead and coordinate PMC Planning and Project Controls personnel.
