Egis is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Planning Engineer to join our Dubai team. You will develop and optimise schedules for complex construction projects, coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 15+ years in planning, strong proficiency in Primavera P6/Microsoft Project, and solid CAD/office skills. Dubai regulations and on-site work are central to daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project planning, preferably site-based.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Analyse timelines, resources, and dependencies to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors for schedule updates.
• Monitor progress and report variances between planned and actual performance.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders highlighting milestones and risks.
• Conduct resource analysis and optimisation for manpower and equipment.
• Assist in development of recovery plans when projects lag.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes and regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of planning-related documents and revisions.
