Job summary

Leading Power Company in the UAE seeks an experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in AIS/GIS substations and 7+ years of engineering experience to lead master schedules for 200 kV+ projects using Primavera P6.

Responsibilities include baseline schedules, progress tracking, delay analysis, and reporting, with close coordination with project teams, vendors, and clients to assure on-time delivery and contractual compliance in a fast-paced energy infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project planning, scheduling, and controls in power/energy.
• Deep expertise in AIS/GIS substations (200 kV+).
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills with multi-project resource leveling and EVM.
• Understanding EPC lifecycles for high-voltage infra.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline schedules for 200 kV+ substation projects (AIS/GIS).
• Implement CPM logic, resource loading, and cost loading.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, analyze variances vs baseline.
• Prepare executive reports, S-curves, dashboards, and delay mitigations.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, site teams, and contractors.
• Review schedules, assess EOT claims, and perform delay analysis.
