Job summary

Kellogg Brown & Root in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Lead Planning Engineer to oversee scheduling, cost control and risk across MEGA EPC projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to ADNOC standards. The role requires strong leadership in planning, reporting and stakeholder coordination on an onshore site.

The ideal candidate has 18+ years of project controls experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a track record of delivering complex oil & gas or infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Professional certifications (PMP/PMI-SP/CCP or equivalent) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor baselines, variance analysis and corrective actions.
• Prepare recovery plans and cost control reports.
• Develop weekly/monthly progress dashboards and KPIs.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, contractors and clients.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with ADNOC standards.
