Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience on façade systems within a UAE general contracting company or façade specialist.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and waterproofing systems.
• Experience reviewing shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Familiarity with local regulations and authority requirements.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and validate project schedules from contractor and PMC perspectives.
• Review and challenge contractor programs to ensure accuracy and feasibility; establish planning standards and controls.
• Progress monitoring and performance management; monitor progress against baselines.
• Analyze progress, identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports for clients and senior management.
• Lead Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and delay assessments; evaluate contractor claims and variations.
• Interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams; ensure alignment across stakeholders.
