Egis is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Planning Engineer to join our Dubai team. You will develop, maintain, and optimise schedules for construction projects, coordinating with PMs, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.

You will analyse timelines, resources, and risks, preparing periodic progress reports and recovery plans when needed. Strong planning skills and experience with Primavera P6 are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project planning, preferably in a site-based role.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks.
• Thorough understanding of construction methodologies and techniques.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and on-site.
• Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
