Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai seeks a Senior Planning Engineer to lead project preparation and scheduling on large-scale civil projects. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 in consultancy/PMC firms.
• B.Sc degree in an appropriate design technique.
• Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method and delay analysis.
• Proficiency in Primavera scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project preparation, stakeholder relations and risk monitoring across projects.
• Plan, monitor, manage cases, risks and contracts as Client Agent.
• Review Master Programme/EPC/Service provider standards and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and analyze timelines and highlight critical paths and impacts.
• Examine and monitor progress schedules and reports for contractors and subcontractors.
• Evaluate EOT cases for contractors and respond to contractual proceedings.
• Prepare MIS reports and KPI-based project control dashboards.
• Oversee design and procurement tasks.
• Prepare project cost control deliverables (CAPEX, S curves).
• Assess site progress using database management.
• Create and monitor look-ahead schedules for work and procurement.
• Prepare legal correspondence to contractors/consultants on time and contracts.

Senior Preparation Designer Experience

• B.Sc degree in an appropriate design technique
