Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer in Dubai to lead planning for luxury villa projects. The role requires delivering baseline programmes, progress reports, look-ahead schedules and recovery plans to keep complex construction on track.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 8+ years in construction planning and expertise with Primavera P6 and MS Project, plus strong CP, resource planning and monitoring capabilities. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of experience in construction planning and project controls.
• Experience in villa projects, preferably luxury residential developments.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project scheduling.
• Experience in baseline programmes, progress reports, look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
