Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.

• Experience leading planning engineers and coordinating activities across multiple projects.
• Expertise in baseline programmes, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, delay analysis, recovery plans, and reporting.
• Knowledge of resource allocation, earned value analysis, and contractual programmed requirements.
