Job summary

Ultiwise Consult in Dubai seeks a Sr. Planner & Merchandiser to lead planning and merchandising across brands, budgets, and OTB processes. You will drive seasonal strategies, manage budgets, and partner with Buyers to optimize assortments and pricing.

You will develop WSSI and store-level analyses, monitor stock levels, and ensure replenishment aligned with financial targets. 5–6 years in fashion retail planning and strong Excel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Retail Fashion Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Post-Graduate Degree or MBA in Retail Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Brand Annual Budgets for margins and markdowns.
• Create Seasonal Budgets/OTB aligned with financial goals.
• Prepare WSSI reports for Sales and Stock projections.
• Collaborate with Buyers to finalize Range Plan by season.
• Track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
