Job summary

Ultiwise Management Consultants FZE is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to drive brand budgets, OTB, and seasonal plans across categories from Brand to Class-Sub-Class. You will partner with Buyers to optimize margins, inventory, and assortment based on past performance and trends.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Retail Fashion Management or related field, with postgraduate qualification preferred, and proven experience in fashion retail planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyse annual budgets and sales forecasts by brand, class and item.
• Prepare seasonal and merchandise plans including OTB and stock levels.
• Share plans with Buyers and finalise buy range by season.
• Monitor performance and adjust plans; manage in-season actions with Buyers.
• Prepare reports to measure actuals vs plan and manage stock, inflows, and margins.
• Coordinate store grading and range plan to optimize assortment for mediums and stores.
• Oversee pricing, promotions, and margin management, including EOSS planning.
• Ensure system reports are accurate and data integrity is maintained.
