Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks a Senior Merchandiser to drive BU strategy for womenswear across the Middle East and manage Sales, Cash Margin, and inventory performance. You will lead space, OTB planning, and product selection while building cross-functional relationships with host brands and store teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in fashion planning and merchandising, strong Excel skills, and SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Masters Preferred)
• Minimum 8 Years’ Experience in Fashion Planning and Merchandising
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP an additional advantage

Responsibilities

• Formulate Annual Business Plan
• Plan Sales and Cash Margin by department/ range
• Plan Space for each Department/ Range in each Store
• Plan OTB and Options by T Department/ Range
• Define and Manage Allocation Blueprint
• Define and Manage Replenishment Strategy by Type of Product/ Market
• Implement Robust Promotional Calendar
• Develop Supplier & Brand relationships
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, VM and Operations
