Job summary

Noble Veterinary Clinics in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Pet Relocation Specialist to take ownership of domestic and international relocations from initial consultation to final delivery, ensuring safe, legal, and stress-free travel for every animal.

The role requires at least 1 year of pet relocation experience, thorough knowledge of UAE import/export procedures, and strong client service and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven hands-on pet relocation experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE pet import/export procedures.
• Familiar with international travel regulations (IATA LAR) and airline policies.
• Experience coordinating with government authorities, customs, and veterinary bodies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM/relocation software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end pet relocation services across multiple countries.
• Prepare, review, and manage documentation including health certificates and permits.
• Ensure UAE and destination compliance with regulations and airline policies.
• Liaise with authorities, airlines, freight forwarders, and relocation partners.
• Advise clients on vaccination, microchip, quarantine, and travel prep.
• Book flights and plan itineraries prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Proactively track relocations and provide timely client updates.
• Troubleshoot documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory issues.
• Maintain organized records and archive files.
• Monitor changes in international pet travel rules and airline policies.
• Deliver exceptional client service and manage expectations professionally.
