Job summary

Flip retail in Abu Dhabi is seeking an International Relocation Coordinator to manage end-to-end door-to-door relocation for home and office moves.

You will coordinate suppliers for origin services, line haul, customs clearance, and insurance, while maintaining clear client communication and accurate documentation to meet contractual obligations.

The role requires strong multitasking, exceptional customer service, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent is needed.
• Exemplary customer support and interaction skills (spoken as well as written).
• Enthusiastic perspective is required.
• Proven problem/solution identification and logical decision-making abilities are useful.
• Capacity to multi-task and operate in a fast, autonomous environment with consistently high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication throughout the relocation process with clients and suppliers.
• Organize providers for origin services, line haul, port services, sea/air cargo, customs clearance, location services and insurance.
• Provide supplier expenses for each shipment for audit.
• Ensure all necessary information and paperwork for efficient, timely moves.
• Create and maintain client documentation in the system.
• Verify services are performed as contracted and comply with guidelines.
• Ensure client records and documents are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule and confirm appointment times, shipment dates, and start times for all tasks.
• Collect prepayments or coordinate COD with the client or accounting.
