Job summary

Allocation Assist is assisting a prestigious Saudi tertiary care hospital in recruiting a Consultant Radiologist specialized in PET-CT. You will interpret complex PET-CT studies, support oncology and neurology diagnostics, and contribute to multidisciplinary care and academic initiatives.

The role requires MBBS or equivalent with radiology residency, fellowship in PET-CT/Nuclear Medicine, and board certification with SCFHS eligibility. English proficiency is essential; Arabic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent with radiology residency.
• Fellowship in PET-CT / Nuclear Medicine Imaging.
• Board-certified by recognized boards (e.g., American/UK/Canadian).
• 3–5 years post-fellowship experience in PET-CT interpretation.
• Eligible for SCFHS Consultant classification.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interpret PET-CT and hybrid imaging studies for oncology, neurology, and cardiology cases.
• Collaborate with oncologists, neurologists, and surgeons on diagnosis, staging, and treatment planning.
• Supervise nuclear medicine technologists and junior radiologists.
• Ensure radiation safety compliance and SCFHS standards.
• Participate in tumor boards, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to research, teaching, and CME within the department.
• Maintain accurate reporting using PACS and RIS systems.
