Kraken is seeking a senior video creative specialist to own performance-driven content across fintech/regulatory contexts. You will manage end-to-end video production, from concept through sound design, with AI-assisted workflows and shipped examples.

You should bring 5 years in high-volume teams, a strong portfolio, and the ability to prove impact with test results. Expect fast turnarounds and tight collaboration across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5 years in performance video creative in high-volume in-house team or performance agency.
• Portfolio submitted with your application.
• Paid video with the brief and the result where you can share it.
• Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with notes on tooling and your contribution.
• Real video skills from concept to finished sound-designed cut.
• High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling with shipped work.
• Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube with tailored builds.
• Experience inside a structured creative testing program; fluent in metrics like CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS.
• Fluency in internet and meme culture with comedic instincts and timing.
• Speed without sloppiness; comfortable with fast turnarounds and late changes.
• Comfort with regulatory constraints and risk disclosures.
• Solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text; plain language, value-first.
