Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of brand, static and 3D design experience in a high-volume in-house team or agency, ideally in fintech, crypto or another regulated category.
• Portfolio required; include brief/objective with work and results.
• Show brand and static work plus at least one 3D piece with notes on process.
• Evidence of system or template sets that others built from.
• Cinema 4D proficiency with modeling, lighting, materials, and rendering.
• Expert-level Figma: components, auto layout, variables and hand-off-friendly files.
• Strong layout, typography and composition for small sizes and multilingual use.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted production tools and judgment on where they fit in workflow.
• Comfort working within regulatory constraints and risk warnings.
• Adobe CC expertise including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Fast turnaround capability with multiple review rounds.
• Clear, plain-language communication; value-first, no jargon.
• Curiosity about investing and crypto; ability to simplify complex spaces.

• Design static 2D and 3D creative for Kraken Consumer across launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
• Model light textures and render 3D assets in Cinema 4D from hero visuals to reusable libraries.
• Apply and extend the Kraken Consumer brand across surfaces, maintaining cohesion across channels and markets.
• Design initiative-specific work including distinct look and partner-branded assets for launches.
• Build scalable systems: Figma component libraries, marketing templates and modular kits with localization-ready layouts.
• Leverage AI-assisted production as a core part of the workflow and know when it adds speed.
• Propose briefs with a point of view and push back when briefs are unclear or ideas can be stronger.
• Localize work across markets, languages and formats with translations-ready layouts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
• Work closely with motion, web, performance and AI video designers to ensure cross-format consistency.
• Maintain high craft standards and provide constructive feedback to peers.
