We are seeking a hands-on Performance Test Engineer with banking domain expertise for our Abu Dhabi-based client. You will design and execute performance tests across API, Web, and Mobile platforms, analyze bottlenecks, and drive scalability to meet SLAs.

You will work with DevOps, SRE, and development teams, using JMeter, K6, or Gatling, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and leveraging Dynatrace/Grafana for observability. Relevant banking-domain experience is required.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Strong proficiency with JMeter / K6 / Gatling or equivalent performance testing tools.
• Experience testing API, Web, and Mobile applications for performance and scalability.
• Good understanding of frontend rendering, API latency, and backend throughput analysis.
• Exposure to mobile performance testing tools (e.g., Firebase Test Lab, BrowserStack, Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and integration of performance tests into build pipelines.
• Experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, or equivalent observability platforms for performance visualization and alerting.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts for API, Web, and Mobile platforms.
• Define and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests to assess system behavior.
• Analyze performance across frontend, middleware, and backend to identify bottlenecks.
• Build workload models and performance baselines aligned with business traffic.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and SRE teams to resolve performance issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend tuning/optimization solutions.
• Integrate performance tests within CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
