Zusammenfassung

Eaton seeks an experienced Test Engineer – PCBA in Dubai to set up, validate and improve PCBA test procedures across ICT, flying probe and functional tests. You will support industrialization, drive CI projects, and ensure PPAP/ PFMEA alignment with ECO/MCO, while collaborating with R&D and production teams.

The role emphasizes maintaining test equipment, analyzing OEE, and contributing to quality certification and continuous improvement initiatives in a global company.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of PCBA manufacturing test experience in production.
• Strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Takaya flying probe programming and testing.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain PCBA/FG test instructions and maintenance plans.
• Manage maintenance level 2–3 and calibrations.
• Support ProLaunch deliverables: PFMEA, PPAP, process flow.
• Influence PCB/PCBA design through DFM reviews with R&D.
• Link test instructions to ECO/MCO and ensure timely updates.
• Track test cycle times and update RCCP data with production.
• Support customer audits and plant quality certifications in test processes.
• Support new test solutions implementation (MSA, cycle-time confirmation).
• Set up SAP and MES data for PCBA/FG tests.
