Job summary

Eaton Dubai seeks a Test Engineer – PCBA to set up, validate, maintain and improve PCBA test procedures in production. You will support failed PCBA diagnosis after ICT/Flying Probe/functional tests, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Role covers repair processes, CI initiatives and collaboration with global teams. You will design test procedures, manage maintenance, support industrialization milestones, and influence PCBA design for manufacturability, while adhering to safety rules and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing test in production. Strong knowledge on PCBA manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and maintain Operators and Maintenance work instruction for PCBA & FG test equipment processes (ICT, Flying Probe, Functional tests).
• Manage maintenance activities level 2 & 3 (preventive maintenance and calibrations).
• Support Industrialization deliverables: Process flow Chart, PFMEA, PPAP with test development team.
• Influence PCB/PCBA design through DFM reviews with R&D.
• Ensure test instructions and maintenance plans link to ECO/MCO.
• Track cycle times for PCBA/FG test and update RCCP data.
