Job summary

Join Eaton in Dubai as a Debug & Repair Technician - PCBA. You will diagnose and repair defective PCBA assemblies using advanced test equipment, read schematics, and ensure traceability of actions.

You will support production with fast failure feedback and collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing to tackle defects and improve reliability. Qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor’s in electronics/mechatronics, and 3+ years of PCBA repair experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electronics-related field required with strong repair experience.
• 3+ years in PCBA debugging, fault analysis and repair.
• Hands-on experience with test equipment and ESD practices.

Responsibilities

• Use test/measurement tools to identify component-level and circuit-level issues.
• Replace, rework, or re-solder defective components while protecting PCB integrity.
• Read schematics, BOMs, and test reports to guide repair activities.
• Document all repair actions with clear root-cause findings and verification results.
• Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing to reduce defects and improve reliability.
