Job summary

Zexter is seeking a Senior Payment Manager to own and grow our payment ecosystem, focusing on LATAM. You will onboard PSPs (fiat and crypto), manage relationships, negotiate terms, and work with Tech, Product, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to optimize payment flows and reporting.

Fluent English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. The role offers remote work with international scope and a fast-growing team in the payments space.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Payment Manager to own and grow our payment ecosystem in LATAM. You will build and manage relationships with payment providers (fiat and crypto) improve payment conversion and keep our payment infrastructure reliable cost-efficient and scalable.

What You Will Do

• Search for and onboard new PSPs across LATAM (fiat and crypto)

• Manage relationships with existing payment providers

• Negotiate fees limits settlement terms and commercial conditions

• Coordinate PSP integrations with the Tech and Product teams

• Monitor deposit approval rates and work on improving payment conversion

• Optimize payment routing and ensure backup solutions are in place

• Monitor PSP performance and resolve payment-related issues

• Manage reconciliation and settlements together with Finance

• Work on reducing payment processing costs

• Prepare regular reports on PSP performance approval rates fees and transaction volumes

• Coordinate with the Risk Fraud Compliance and Customer Support teams

• Develop and maintain payment procedures and internal processes

What We Expect From You

• 4 years of experience in payments PSP management or a similar role ideally in iGaming fintech or e-commerce

• Proven experience with LATAM payment methods and providers (e.g. PIX local bank transfers cards e-wallets)

• Experience with crypto payment solutions is a strong advantage

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in commercial discussions with PSPs

• Solid understanding of payment flows routing approval rates and settlement processes

• Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data KPIs and reports

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Tech Product Finance Risk Compliance)

• Strong communication skills and a proactive ownership-driven approach

• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
