Job summary
National DNP Week seeks a Senior Parametric Insurance Design Specialist to develop and optimize parametric coverage with rapid payouts based on predefined events. You will collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, modeling, data science, and distribution teams to deliver viable products across climate, infrastructure, and agriculture sectors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- 7–10 years in parametric insurance or catastrophe risk modeling.
- Strong knowledge of triggers, payout structures, and basis risk.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize parametric insurance products for various risk exposures.
- Define triggers, payout thresholds, attachment/exhaustion points, and payout structures.
- Evaluate potential trigger variables including rainfall, temperature, wind, seismic intensity, floods, droughts.
