Responsibilities
- Provides legal and administrative support to Legal & Compliance.
- Drafts confidentiality agreements and memoranda of understanding.
- Performs legal research and translation between Arabic and English.
- Coordinates matters delegated from the Chief Legal Counsel.
- Reviews and updates agreements and legal documents under supervision.
