Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced bilingual Legal Advisor in Dubai to handle corporate, commercial, real estate, and regulatory matters, including litigation support. The role requires drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other documents, with strong research to ensure UAE compliance.

You will liaise with courts, government authorities, and external counsel, using fluency in Arabic and English to communicate effectively. 2+ years in a law firm or advisory role is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal advisory role with substantial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE civil, commercial, corporate, and procedural laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, real estate, and regulatory matters.
• Handle litigation cases, including drafting pleadings and motions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
• Liaise with courts, government authorities, and external counsel as required.
