Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a senior painting and coating supervisor to lead industrial/marine coating operations in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee daily activities, manage a team of painters and coating applicators, and ensure work aligns with project timelines and quality standards.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a technical field, with NACE or AMPP certification, and at least 5 years Gulf experience in pipelines, oil & gas, EPC, or Brownfield projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in painting or coating (NACE/AMPP) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years Gulf experience in painting/coating, with industrial or marine focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily painting and coating operations to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Direct a team of painters and coating applicators with clear instruction and task delegation.
• Inspect surfaces before, during, and after coating for proper prep and finish.
• Enforce on-site safety protocols including material handling and PPE.
