Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee blasting, painting, coating, insulation and fireproofing works at site in the UAE. The role requires strong exposure to pipeline facilities, tanks, vessels, and structural coating, with knowledge of NACE/SSPC/ISO standards and ITP/QCP implementation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years Gulf experience in oil & gas, brownfield shutdowns, and is able to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams while ensuring HSE compliance and timely

Qualifications

• Minimum Gulf experience in oil & gas projects.
• Knowledge of NACE/SSPC/ISO standards and ITP/QCP implementation.
• Ability to read Isometric drawings, P&ID and specifications.
• Strong leadership, planning and multi-disciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise blasting, painting, coating, insulation and fireproofing at site.
• Ensure proper surface preparation SA 2.5 and coating finishing per standards.
• Coordinate QA/QC, inspections, ITP and QCP with teams.
• Monitor environmental conditions, safety procedures and PTW compliance.
• Maintain daily logs, reports and documentation; liaise with client.
