Job summary

Globalpharma LLC is seeking a planning leader to own end-to-end supply planning for two plants in the UAE. You will drive the S&OP process, build demand forecasts by market and SKU, and ensure GMP-compliant production schedules.

You will lead the MPS/MRP processes, coordinate with QA/QC and Regulatory, and manage inventory targets while expanding capacity for launches and new markets. Strong SAP S/4HANA and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 13+ years in supply chain planning with 4+ years in management.
• Pharma manufacturing in a cGMP environment (generics preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder communication.
• GCC experience and Arabic language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning across two plants; own the S&OP process.
• Build demand forecasts by market and SKU and track forecast bias.
• Develop MPS and detailed production plans within capacity and GMP constraints.
• Drive MRP for APIs, excipients and packaging with Procurement.
• Manage inventory targets, safety stock and shelf-life risk.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and Regulatory on timelines and artwork changes.
• Plan capacity for new product launches and expansion.
• Own planning KPIs and report to leadership.
• Improve planning processes and leverage SAP S/4HANA (PP/MM).
• Lead, coach and develop the planning team.
