Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking an experienced OT/IT cybersecurity professional to lead secure network design for DCS environments in the Abu Dhabi region. The role requires expertise in segregation of IT and OT networks, risk assessments, and collaboration with client OT teams to implement resilient security controls.

Responsibilities include designing architectures, preparing design docs, and guiding vendors on security recommendations while training OT engineers in best practices.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of IT/OT security and network experience.
• Experience in leading a team of security engineers.
• Certifications in CISCO, IEC 62443 or similar are advantageous.
• Familiar with OT/ICS cybersecurity standards and risk assessments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of secure OT network architectures ensuring IT/OT segmentation.
• Develop design documents: system and logical architectures, BOM.
• Coordinate security audits and regulatory compliance (IEC 62443, NERC CIP).
• Collaborate with customer OT teams and vendors on security best practices.
• Provide training to OT engineers on security concepts and controls.
• Review third-party vendors for policy compliance and cost-effective security upgrades.
