Job summary

Responsibilities include managing calendars, MDT meetings, referrals, documentation, and post-transplant care coordination, while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with healthcare or administrative field experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles and working with electronic health records (EHRs) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule clinics, meetings, and appointments for clinics & transplant patients and staff.
• Organize regular MDT meetings, including attendance tracking and outcomes communication.
• Serve as primary contact for referrals, including screening and directing calls and emails.
• Maintain and organize sensitive medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for visiting professionals and staff.
• Serve as first point of contact for new patient enquiries and guide them through the transplant pathway.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and follow-up appointments.
• Coordinate post-transplant care including investigations and follow-ups.
• Liaise with internal teams and external payers for approvals and clearances.
