Job summary

ADNOC Drilling Company in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Wireline Engineer to prepare equipment and deliver electric wire-line logging services safely and efficiently. You will rig up/down, run logging tools, test equipment, and ensure timely operations.

The role requires a Diploma in Logging Engineering and at least 6 years of Wireline experience, with emphasis on safety, HSE compliance, and collaboration with site teams. On-site work in challenging conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• 6 years of Wireline (E-Logging) experience.

Responsibilities

• Rig up / rig down equipment for wireline operations.
• Run logging tools and operate winch controls.
• Check and test logging tools prior to use.
• Attend training on safety, radioactives usages, transport and storages.
• Provide inputs for KPI checklists and management reports.

Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)

• Perform various activities in operations of rigging up / rigging down, running in hole, pulling out of hole, draw work preparing of logging strings as required.
• Run logging tools, well understand the operational, usage of winch and winch control panel's measurements.
• Check and test the logging tools.
• Participate training in Radio actives usages, transport and storages.
• Attend training on well logging explosive (perforations), transport and storages.

• Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member.

• Maintain the work environment clean and tidy before, during operations, in line with established standards of Hygiene and Housekeeping.

Reports

• Provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for Company Management.
• Prepare various Key Performance Indicator (KPI) checklists for management.

Minimum Qualification

Diploma in Logging Engineering or equivalent
