Job summary

Invicta Anara in Dubai seeks a seasoned Operations Manager to direct day-to-day operations across multiple engineering projects. The role focuses on delivering projects on schedule, optimizing resources, and maintaining strict oversight of procurement and logistics.

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors and supplier networks, and ensure adherence to HSE, quality management, and contractual parameters across all active sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 12+ years of senior operations or project management background in engineering/construction.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience with procurement, logistics, and HSE oversight.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations across multiple concurrent engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Formulate project execution strategies, manage budgets, and oversee resource allocation.
• Supervise procurement workflows, supply chain activities, and site logistics operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project schedule compliance.
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE regulations, quality control protocols, and contract parameters.
