Job summary

Combuzz HR Solutions seeks an experienced General Manager to lead engineering and construction operations in Dubai. You will drive revenue, profitability, and performance, guiding strategic objectives and ensuring delivery excellence across projects.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in engineering/construction with senior leadership experience, strong P&L management, and deep knowledge of project controls, commercial negotiations, and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• MBA or relevant Master's degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in engineering, construction, contracting, or a related industry.
• Minimum 6 years in a senior management position such as General Manager, Business Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing P&L, revenue, profitability, and business operations.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience in project management and project controls.
• Proven business development and market expansion experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Engineering professional who has progressed into senior business leadership, with strong exposure to business management, project management, project controls, commercial management, contract negotiations, business development, and P&L responsibility.
