Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Nursing Leader to head the OT nursing team, ensuring patient-centered care, operational efficiency, and a positive patient experience. The role requires strong leadership and a commitment to evidence-based practice within a regulated clinical setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing, with 5+ years OT nursing experience (2 years in a senior role) and familiarity with JCIA standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised or accredited Nursing Institute.
• At least 5 years’ OT nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital or clinic.
• At least 2 years' senior OT nursing experience is desired.
• Knowledge of JCIA and governance standards.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
