Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised or accredited Nursing Institute.
• Minimum 5 years’ OT nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital or clinic.
• At least 2 years' senior OT nursing experience is desired.
• Ability to implement all five stages of the Scientific Nursing Process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team.
• Ensure evidenced based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards.
• Develop employees and create an environment for team engagement to achieve a positive patient care experience.
• Manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources in a cost effective and efficient manner to enhance safe patient care.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and clinical standards to ensure continues quality improvement.
