Job summary

Landmark Digital, the digital arm of Landmark Group headquartered in Dubai, seeks a senior AI-forward Product Manager to own the end-to-end omnichannel fulfilment platform. You will translate operational realities into product requirements and drive cross-functional delivery with sales, data, eng and QA.

You will lead the product roadmap, champion data-driven decision making using Power BI, and mentor teams across stores and central offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail/ops experience relevant to product management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end omnichannel fulfilment, collaborating with E-commerce Product team.
• Lead customer-facing improvement initiatives to reduce queues and improve satisfaction.
• Identify and close process gaps in omnichannel workflows quickly.
• Serve as SME on omnichannel in-store operations and influence tech decisions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across salesfloor, product, data, eng, QA, and architects.
• Drive and maintain an ambitious product backlog aligned to business value.
• Champion a data-led culture using Power BI and raw data sources.
