Job summary

Penspen is urgently looking to hire a Construction Engineer (Mechanical) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and minimum 10+ years of experience, particularly in offshore projects.

Your responsibilities include supporting onshore fabrication, module assembly, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. You will review construction plans and monitor progress while enforcing HSE policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years significant in offshore project.
• Proven experience in offshore platform, topsides or subsea-related projects.
• Experience supporting fabrication yard and module construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Supports onshore fabrication, module assembly, pre-commissioning, and construction activities.
• Review and support construction execution plans, work packs, method statements.
• Monitor construction progress and identify potential schedule risks.
