Job summary

Black & Grey HR seeks a Lead Engineer to helm the offshore survey and subsea projects from the UAE office, with offshore and field travel during campaigns. You will provide technical leadership, assurance, and liaison with clients and regulators, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to engineering standards.

The role offers permanent employment with an established offshore engineering organization and opportunities to lead ADNOC-scale projects and international campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong technical leadership and decision-making within complex projects.
• Excellent written documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery for offshore survey and subsea projects, ensuring quality, schedule and technical requirements are met.
• Provide discipline engineering expertise and direction throughout project execution.
• Develop and review key deliverables (statements, specifications, calculations, drawings, reports).
• Coordinate inputs across structural, mechanical, marine and subsea disciplines for integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and interface with clients, class societies and regulators.
