Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Field Engineer Subsea to join the client's offshore project delivery team on a permanent rotational basis. You will be deployed offshore as the resident engineering representative during subsea inspection, repair, maintenance and construction (IRM/EPC) operations ensuring technical compliance and real-time engineering authority at the site.

When not offshore you are shore-based at the Abu Dhabi facility supporting pre-mobilisation engineering activities and project

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Marine Engineering or Subsea Engineering (equivalent experience considered).
• Proven years in subsea field/offshore engineering and IRM/EPC operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical engineering support during subsea IRM/EPC activities.
• Act as engineering authority on site, ensuring compliance with method statements and specs.
• Maintain field logs, review lifting/rigging plans and work packs; support NCRs and field changes.
