Job summary
KBR, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction/Installation Engineer to lead offshore jacket and wellhead tower installation activities in Abu Dhabi. The role covers planning, coordination, and execution support for load-out, transportation, and commissioning in a high-profile ADNOC PMC project.
The candidate should have 15–18 years in offshore construction, strong leadership, and GCC experience; travel and rotation are expected. Master's degree is a plus, PMP and HSE certifications are preferred.
Qualifications
- 15–18 years offshore construction and installation experience
- Minimum 5 years in a Senior Construction/Installation/Offshore Execution role
- Experience installing offshore jackets, WHTs, piles, and related structures
- Middle East / GCC project experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead offshore construction and installation engineering for jackets and WHTs
- Review installation methodologies, procedures and execution strategies
- Coordinate engineering support during campaigns and monitor schedules
- Ensure compliance with project execution plans and safety requirements
- Interface with engineering, fabrication, marine operations, and client representatives
